A serum box sold through Australian retail or direct to consumer online has very little printable surface area. A 30mm wide by 120mm tall box has four narrow panels and two small end faces, and all of them need to carry ingredient INCI names, usage instructions, volume, batch code, and brand identity without looking cluttered or illegible. We plan the label real estate at the artwork stage, allocating primary branding to the widest face and regulatory text to side panels at a minimum legible point size. Getting this layout wrong after print means a reprint before launch, which we prevent by working through it at proof stage.

Does a Dropper Bottle, a Pump Bottle, and a Rollerball Need a Different Box Specification? 

Yes, because each format has a different height to width ratio and a different closure mechanism sitting above the bottle neck. A dropper bottle with a rubber bulb needs extra headroom in the box so the bulb does not compress against the lid during transit. A pump mechanism extends higher again and needs a box tall enough to close without bending the pump stem. A rollerball sits lower and wider than either, and its primary protection need is side impact rather than vertical clearance. We size the box to each specific bottle format rather than applying a standard serum box across all three.
