Caliper weight and internal corner scoring must be matched to product weight and display orientation. A box specified for flat-pack storage frequently bows under sustained vertical shelf pressure, which reduces perceived quality on the retail floor before purchase.

The outer packaging carries the obligation in full. Under the Australian Consumer Law mandatory safety standard incorporating AS/NZS 8124, age-grading warnings and choking hazard statements must appear on the outer box at minimum legibility sizes, not only on inner inserts or trays.

Australian Consumer Law, incorporating AS/NZS 8124, requires a specific choking hazard warning with prescribed symbol size and type size for toys intended for children under 36 months. Aly Packaging incorporates this into the dieline before artwork approval.

Standard turnaround is 10 to 12 business days from artwork approval. A rush option is available in 6 to 8 business days. Physical prototype sampling is available before full production commits.

Corrugated board is standard for board game boxes shipped directly to consumers via Australia Post or Sendle. Shelf-standing retail formats for specialty game stores typically use solid bleached board or grey chipboard, depending on panel size and product weight.

Mass-market retailers require planogram-compliant footprints with barcode placement that passes checkout scanning without repositioning. Aly Packaging confirms barcode zone clearance and footprint dimensions against retailer specifications at the dieline stage.

Full-panel window fronts are available on shelf-standing formats favoured by independent Australian toy retailers such as Toymate. The window aperture and protective film laminate are specified to the product dimensions and retail handling requirements.
