Return and Reprint Policy

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, you must notify us within three business days. We will arrange a reprint of the affected items, but refunds are not provided. Photos and the defective products must be returned within seven business days at your cost. Fees for priority or expedited production are non-refundable.

Payments, Order Placement & Cancellations

Payments for Aly Packaging Australia are processed by Oasis Packaging Limited in USD. Orders move into production only after full payment, including GST and shipping, has been received. After proof approval, cancellations may only be made within a 4-hour window and will incur a $25 processing fee plus a 5% deduction. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge. Once printing begins, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Design Orders

Payments for design-only services are final. No refunds are issued for design orders under any circumstances.

Tax Policy

GST is applied to all applicable orders unless a valid exemption certificate is provided at the time of purchase.

Artwork and File Submission

All artwork must be submitted in final size, 300 dpi resolution, and CMYK format. We are not responsible for issues such as low resolution, pixelation, or colour shifts when converting from RGB to CMYK. File alignment, orientation, bleeds, and accuracy are the customer’s responsibility. Aly Packaging Australia may refuse any order found to be unlawful or in breach of third-party rights.

Proofing and Colour Variations

Please review your proof carefully before approving it. Once a proof is approved, Aly Packaging Australia is not responsible for any resulting errors. Printing processes and coatings may cause slight colour variations, and exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed unless you request a paid hard-copy proof.

No Liability for Production Errors

We are not liable for typographical errors, spacing issues, overprinting, or size deviations that fall within standard industry tolerances. Orders may ship with up to 5% more or fewer units than requested, as permitted under commercial printing practices.

Production, Shipping & Delivery

Production begins only after proof approval and full payment. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, technical failures, or incorrect addresses. Additional shipping fees apply for undeliverable or incorrectly submitted addresses.
